Returns

We are happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@LILILuna.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@LILILuna.store within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship your new item to you within 7 business days.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Final sale items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
• Items that have been returned without a return authorization
• Items that are returned after the 30-day return period

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, we will waive the return shipping cost if you are exchanging your item for a different size or color.
